Joe Burrow QB

LSU • SR • 6’4″ / 216 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Cincinnati

PROSPECT RNK

6th

POSITION RNK

2nd

Now Tagovailoa is injured, the decision is now between  Chase Young and Burrow.

Round 1 – Pick 2

Chase Young EDGE

OHIO STATE • JR • 6’5″ / 265 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Washington

PROSPECT RNK

1st

POSITION RNK

1st

The Redskins need talent. Young is the best prospect of any position. Washington gets a great pass rusher that can help any team.

Round 1 – Pick 3

Jeff Okudah CB

OHIO STATE • JR • 6’1″ / 200 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

N.Y. Giants

PROSPECT RNK

2nd

POSITION RNK

1st

Cornerbacks are always needed. The best athletes on the field that can help make your defense better. When corners can lock up man to or take away a portion of the field it can help the defense or assist in hiding weak areas.

Round 1 – Pick 4

Isaiah Simmons S

CLEMSON • JR • 6’4″ / 230 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Miami

PROSPECT RNK

7th

POSITION RNK

1st

The Dolphins need talent and he is fantastic in open space. Miami can build their defense around his athleticism.

Round 1 – Pick 5

Andrew Thomas OL

GEORGIA • JR • 6’5″ / 320 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

N.Y. Jets

PROSPECT RNK

4th

POSITION RNK

1st

Taking an offensive lineman will improve the running game immediately.

Round 1 – Pick 6

Justin Herbert QB

OREGON • SR • 6’6″ / 237 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Tampa Bay

PROSPECT RNK

30th

POSITION RNK

4th

In a best-case scenario Tua Tagovailoa or Joe Burrow. Turnovers have hurt Jameis Winston but he can still play. Could we see Jameis at the Raiders if the “Carr” does not improve?  Herbert is a good option in this spot and maybe enough to push Jameis to the next level. Jameis has all the tools but maybe a little rear end motivation could push him to correct mistakes.

Round 1 – Pick 7

Jerry Jeudy WR

ALABAMA • JR • 6’1″ / 192 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Denver

PROSPECT RNK

3rd

POSITION RNK

1st

Jeudy is great his best trait is his focus and discipline.  Intangibles that we rate high here at Souletics® The Mindset Coach

POSITION RNK

2nd

Round 1 – Pick 11

Henry Ruggs III WR

ALABAMA • JR • 6’0″ / 190 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

L.A. Chargers

PROSPECT RNK

12th

POSITION RNK

3rd

Quick, explosive and an Alabama guy which says he can be coached, he will compete and he can handle the pressure. Did we say intangibles is what makes teams great when physical attributes are equal? Round 1 – Pick 12

CeeDee Lamb WR

OKLAHOMA • JR • 6’2″ / 189 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Jacksonville

PROSPECT RNK

9th

POSITION RNK

2nd

He could be the best receiver in the class. But making statements like that is hard when all the variables change for each player. CeeDee makes plays when needed, is quick, can run after the catch and has helped wub close games. CeeDee was  Jalen Hurts favorite target in critical situations. The Oklahoma receiver must continue to work on his game in the film room, develop his body while not losing speed and quickness. He is good, really good! Great pick but Jacksonville must make sure the quarterback and OC can get him the ball in the right positions.

Round 1 – Pick 13

Grant Delpit S

LSU • JR • 6’3″ / 203 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Cleveland

PROSPECT RNK

8th

POSITION RNK

2nd

More DB’s…cornerbacks and safeties can change and the entire defense. Long, long, long…

   From Chicago Bears

Round 1 – Pick 14

Kristian Fulton CB

LSU • SR • 6’0″ / 200 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Oakland

PROSPECT RNK

14th

POSITION RNK

2nd

Fulton is tough, rugged and an LSU guy. LSU is known for producing great receivers and DB’s. Why well they get to work against each other in practice. Tiger legacy continues.

Round 1 – Pick 15

K’Lavon Chaisson EDGE

LSU • SOPH • 6’4″ / 250 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Philadelphia

PROSPECT RNK

40th

POSITION RNK

4th

As I said Tiger Legacy continues. Philadelphia could use a Jenkins replacement or someone that could develop underneath him. Chaisson is young and ready for the challenge. A young Tiger! I must say youth is great but develop is key. Teams must focus on developing young talented players.

   From Pittsburgh Steelers

Round 1 – Pick 16

Creed Humphrey OL

OKLAHOMA • SOPH • 6’5″ / 316 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Miami

PROSPECT RNK

66th

POSITION RNK

12th

Round 1 – Pick 17

 Tyler Biadasz OL

WISCONSIN • JR • 6’3″ / 321 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Tennessee

PROSPECT RNK

23rd

POSITION RNK

3rd

Big Badger! Big wide Badger!

Round 1 – Pick 18

Alex Leatherwood OL

ALABAMA • JR • 6’6″ / 310 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Carolina

PROSPECT RNK

49th

POSITION RNK

8th

Leatherwood is a solid option coming out of Alabama. They have a great run and pass experience. Should slide in seamlessly wherever he goes.

Round 1 – Pick 19

Tua Tagovailoa QB

ALABAMA • JR • 6’1″ / 218 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Oakland

PROSPECT RNK

5th

POSITION RNK

1st

Tagovailoa family will like close travel. This is a great pick for the Raiders. They need a quarterback option. Winston may be a better fit. But Tagaovalioa can throw and win. There are nice places outside the city that this discipline quarterback will like.

   From Los Angeles Rams

Round 1 – Pick 20

Bryce Hall CB

VIRGINIA • SR • 6’1″ / 200 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Jacksonville

PROSPECT RNK

27th

POSITION RNK

5th

Say cornerbacks are always needed. Can you run, can you jump, can you cover. Bryce Hall can. Yes, he can!  Jacksonville added Lamb earlier in the process and now they get Bryce Hall to cover him in practice. Good receivers produce good DB’s if they have the physical characteristics. Lamb and Hall can grow together. Jalen Ramsey created a void in their secondary, a big void. Ramsey is about as big and athletic as they get.  Hall can fill the gap. He must study, work, sleep, eat and meditate to show thyself approved.

Round 1 – Pick 21

Lamar Jackson CB

NEBRASKA • SR • 6’3″ / 215 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Dallas

PROSPECT RNK

41st

POSITION RNK

8th

Byron Jones could potentially leave in free agency, which creates a problem and an opportunity for a young buck to get paid. Lamar is making Husker Nation proud. Jackson is long, long, long at 6-3 and big at a whopping 215. Playing cornerback! A DB finally has the size of Julio! Jackson must focus on hip flexibility, quickness out of breaks and he will be big time. I’ve only seen a hand full of CB this big. SPecial athlete! Making Elk Grove, CA proud!

Round 1 – Pick 22

Javon Kinlaw DL

SOUTH CAROLINA • SR • 6’6″ / 310 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Indianapolis

PROSPECT RNK

10th

POSITION RNK

1st

Kinlaw can occupy everyone including the QB. 6-6 is long and 310 is the perfect size for mobility.  Kinlaw will be drawing attention because of his length.

   From Houston Texans

Round 1 – Pick 23

D’Andre Swift RB

GEORGIA • JR • 5’9″ / 215 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Miami

PROSPECT RNK

16th

POSITION RNK

1st

D’Andre Swift, the name made for greatness.  A runner with movement and great for the passing game. If D’Andre keeps working on those hands he could model Christian McCaffrey. A bigger McCaffrey! The system, system, system!

Round 1 – Pick 24

Yetur Gross-Matos EDGE

PENN STATE • JR • 6’5″ / 264 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Minnesota

PROSPECT RNK

19th

POSITION RNK

3rd

Pass rushers are needed.

Round 1 – Pick 25

CJ Henderson CB

FLORIDA • JR • 6’1″ / 202 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Kansas City

PROSPECT RNK

24th

POSITION RNK

4th

Can you play cornerback? Only a rare few have the speed, change of direction, explosiveness, IQ and appropriate size to do so. CJ Henderson is a great pick out of Florida.  He must focus on his health. In order to get your health in the order, you must focus on the weight room, rest, recovery, flexibility, and nutrition.

Round 1 – Pick 26

Curtis Weaver LB

BOISE STATE • JR • 6’3″ / 265 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Buffalo

PROSPECT RNK

44th

POSITION RNK

3rd

Curtis Weaver is solid.

Round 1 – Pick 27

Tee Higgins WR

CLEMSON • JR • 6’4″ / 215 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Green Bay

PROSPECT RNK

18th

POSITION RNK

4th

Big, long and a Clemson WR. A great choice for Aaron Rogers, if Higgins ends up here he will have a great career! If he doesn’t, he is still big, long and a Clemson guy!

Round 1 – Pick 28

Prince Tega Wanogho OL

AUBURN • SR • 6’7″ / 305 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Seattle

PROSPECT RNK

33rd

POSITION RNK

4th

Wowzers 6-7… but only 300 soaking wets. He is a more athletic OL which is great! He can move! Pete Carroll knows what to do with a guy like this.

Round 1 – Pick 29

Dylan Moses LB

ALABAMA • JR • 6’3″ / 235 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

Baltimore

PROSPECT RNK

34th

POSITION RNK

2nd

Moses and Baltimore are great. Tough Alabama LB

Round 1 – Pick 30

Laviska Shenault Jr. WR

COLORADO • JR • 6’2″ / 220 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

New Orleans

PROSPECT RNK

20th

POSITION RNK

5th

Laviska Shenault is a beautiful name. He brings nice size and options for the Saints.

Round 1 – Pick 31

Lucas Niang OL

TCU • SR • 6’7″ / 328 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

New England

PROSPECT RNK

55th

POSITION RNK

10th

Named after the prophet Isaiah.  Wynn goes in the first round!

Round 1 – Pick 32

Kenneth Murray LB

OKLAHOMA • JR • 6’2″ / 234 LBS

PROJECTED TEAM

San Francisco

PROSPECT RNK

17th

POSITION RNK

San Francisco keeps building.

What is the NFL mock draft?

Mock drafts are practice fantasy sports drafts. Before a league's draft takes place, mock drafts are a way to practice before someone's pride and/or money are on the line. Participating in a mock draft alerts fantasy players to real players that are going higher or lower than you expected.

Who has the best NFL mock draft?

Who will get the number 1 pick?

Cincinnati Bengals

Are NFL Draft tickets free?

NFL Draft Experience is FREE, no tickets required. Festivities will be held up and down lower Broadway near the Cumberland River near Nashville's famous honky-tonks.

Will Cincinnati draft Joe Burrow?

It is highly likely the Cincinnati Bengals draft Joe Burrow. Current QB Andy Dalton is in his last year of his contract earning 17.5 million. If they resign Dalton it would most likely be for more than what it would cost them by drafting and signing Burrow. So fro a business standpoint Burrow could be a better less expensive option. I would not surprise people if Dalton was traded at the last minute.

Do mock drafts help?

Mock Drafts gives you a good understanding of what type of roster you are going to be looking to draft from each position.

How does ESPN mock draft work?

Mock drafts are essentially live practice. A user can select to enter a draft with anywhere from 8 to 20 users. Once the draft begins, users draft a team. This team only exists until the draft is complete.

Can a player refuse a draft pick NFL?

A player can refuse to play for the team that drafts him. In that case, the team will most likely just sit on the right to sign that player, to see if they get a good offer from another team. Eli Manning is the last notable athlete to do this with San Diego Charger. If the player is a late-round pick or a borderline player, then the team would probably just cut him. Late rounder would rarely do this!
