Only Athlete $75/month

Athlete will get weekly live virtual mental training sessions. These are sessions where the athlete can discuss or ask questions pertaining to the specific challenges.
4 meetings a month for $75.

Each session is 50 minutes

3 Month Subscription Requirement

Only Parent $75/month

Parent will get weekly live virtual mental training sessions. These are sessions where the parent can discuss or ask questions pertaining to the specific challenges. 4 meetings a month for $75

Each session is 50 minutes

Athlete and Parent $125

The parent and athletes will get two separate weekly live virtual mental training sessions. 8 meetings a month for $125

Two sessions one is parent focused and the other is athlete focused.
